The Process to Success

We take our time in the selection of our ingredients: we develop a long-term relationship with those suppliers that will deliver exactly what we look for in terms of taste, texture, hygiene and sustained overall quality.

The process does not stop there though: the making of a product will be screened from scratch to packaging and if we are not pleased with the end result we will reject it until we provide you with a brand befitting our reputation. We like to think that our products are still under our care even when they reach the retailer; we will suggest ways to them regarding proper display.

"Energy" Bars?

We wouldn't bother with the making of yet another "Energy Bar". Our heritage of a balanced, wholesome diet compelled us to create an alternative to the mainstream idea of a nutritious sweet snack. Ours has all you really need: the health benefits of pure nut fibre and honey plus an unbeatable taste that will make our Pastelli and Melibar Nutsbars a life-habit!

This treat is not new: for generations, the people of Crete would prepare a nutritious as well as tasty "instant" snack by sprinkling precious honey over a variety of nuts and serve it to accompany raki after the main meal.
